Dr. Marko Kamel has dedicated his professional career to providing patients with comprehensive restorative, surgical and reconstructive dental services. He earned his dental degree from Cairo’s Ain-Shams University in 2000 and received his D.D.S. in Minnesota in 2006. Additionally, he earned a certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry from the University of Minnesota in 2009, and currently holds active dental licenses in both Minnesota and California.
In his constant pursuit of excellence, Dr. Kamel has completed extensive continuing education courses, seminars and advanced training. He is a graduate of the prestigious Dawson Academy, holds Diplomate status in the International Dental Implant Association, and has completed extensive programs in dental sleep medicine, Invisalign®, pinhole surgical technique, soft tissue grafting and zygomatic and pterygoid implant placement.
In 2012, after successfully building several dental practices throughout Minnesota, Dr. Kamel opened Woodbury Dental Arts, a state-of-the-art dental clinic dedicated to total patient wellbeing, offering comprehensive preventative, restorative, and implant services. In 2021, Dr. Kamel and Woodbury Dental Arts was recognized as a Nobel Biocare™ All-on-4® Center of Excellence.
Dr. Kamel grew up in Cairo, Egypt, and now resides in Woodbury. Dr. Kamel and his 2 sons are active members of the Woodbury community, supporting and volunteering at many local organizations.
